We understand that plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our UK ETA application assistance service.
You are entitled to a full refund of our service fee if you request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and your application has not yet been submitted to UK Government authorities.
To request a refund in this case, email us at support@uketaservice.uk with your order reference number. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Once your application has been submitted to UK Government authorities, our service fee is non-refundable. This is because the work of reviewing, preparing, and submitting your application has been completed.
The UK Government fee (£16) is collected on behalf of the UK Government and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee is set and retained by the government regardless of whether your ETA is approved or denied.
If your ETA application is denied by UK Government authorities, we are unable to offer a refund as the service (application preparation and submission) has been fully rendered. The decision to approve or deny an application rests solely with the UK Government.
If you are charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact us with your payment confirmation details.
