1. About Our Service

UK ETA Service ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent application assistance service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government, the Home Office, or any official government body. The official UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) can be obtained directly from gov.uk for £16.

Our service provides expert guidance, application review, error checking, and expedited processing assistance to help ensure your ETA application is completed accurately and submitted promptly.

2. Service Fee Structure

Our total fee includes:

  • Government fee — the mandatory £16 fee charged by the UK Government for every ETA application, which we remit on your behalf.
  • Service fee — our fee for application assistance, review, error checking, and customer support.
  • Priority processing (optional) — an additional fee for expedited handling of your application.

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable surcharges. The exact total is shown on the order summary before you proceed to payment.

3. User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your application.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your intended travel.
  • Not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Review all information before submission, as errors may result in delays or denial.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not and cannot guarantee that your ETA application will be approved. The decision to grant or deny an ETA rests solely with UK Government authorities. Our service is limited to assisting with the preparation and submission of your application.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any decision made by UK Government authorities regarding your application.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee you paid to us.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, lost bookings, or travel disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of UK ETA Service and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process your ETA application and do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is required for application submission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
